WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO RENT?

Our rental services are available to individuals aged 23 and over.

WHAT CONSTITUTES A 1 DAY RENTAL?

A rental day is calculated on a 24-hour basis rather than a standard calendar day.

WHEN IS THE RENTAL PAYMENT DUE?

Rental fees are always payable in advance, at the latest upon vehicle delivery.

IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes, a security deposit is required for all vehicle rentals. The deposit amount varies by vehicle and is clearly specified for each rental contract.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUELING?

Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel. If returned without a full tank, the refueling cost will be deducted from the security deposit, depending on the vehicle model.

WHAT IS THE DAILY MILEAGE LIMIT?

Each rental day includes an allowance of 150–250 km. Any distance driven beyond this limit is subject to an additional per-kilometer fee. Specific mileage limits and excess charges vary by vehicle.
